حالة سن بذروة مفتوحة تم وضع مادة الكالسيوم هيدروكسيد لمدة قريبة من السنة ليكتمل انغلاق الذروة ثم تم علاج السن بشكل نهائي..

This was a case of a tooth with an open apex. Calcium hydroxide was placed for nearly one year until apical closure was achieved , after which the root canal treatment was completed definitively.
